What is Awana? 

Awana is derived from the first letters of the phrase Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed as in 2 Timothy 2:15.

For over six decades, the Lord has used the ministry Awana to reach kids, equip leaders, and change the world. The unchanging truth of the gospel drives the same vision we've held all these years to reach children in every corner of the globe as we walk boldly into the future and continue to be used by God to help change the world.  

Children from preschool through 6th grade are encouraged to join the weekly meetings and participate in games, activities, music, Bible study and more. Clubbers earn awards through Scripture memorization and working through handbook sections.
